What is the HYPOXI-Method?

HYPOXI® is the first training concept to combine alternating high and low pressure with exercise to help target fat in those areas which just won't budge. In just 12 sessions, clients can lose up to 30 centimeters from their problem areas - more than what you would generally see from conventional exercise.
HYPOXI® was developed at the end of the 90's by Dr. Norbert Egger in Salzburg, Austria and is now successfull in over 40 countries worldwide. Modern training devices, a holistic approach and personal supervision by your HYPOXI-Consultant ensure long-term effectiveness.

Why HYPOXI works

Short of going under the knife, exercise is critical for sustainable weight loss. But many of us don't like the idea of going to the gym or having a personal trainer. And when we do try to exercise, we don't see results in the areas that bother us the most. This is where  HYPOXI®  can help.
HYPOXI®  is the brainchild of Dr. Norbert Egger, an esteemed Austrian sport scientist. Over the course of many years working in the weight loss industry, he noticed that many women struggle to reduce fat in their problem ares of the stomach, hips, buttocks and thighs despite regular exercise and a healthy diet. As a sport scientist, Egger knew that good circulation and exercise are critical to achieve weight loss in a specific area. With this knowledge in mind, he set out developing the revolutionary training concept that is  HYPOXI®
A fast and sustainable weight loss treatment, it has been scientifically proven to be up to 3 times more effective than regular training for targeted fat loss. To learn more about the lates independent research on  HYPOXI® , click here.
